IPA’S

Pirouette IPA – IPA – Artfully choreographed with Cashmere, Mosaic, and Strata hops, this enchanting brew seamlessly melds the velvety texture of oats with juicy tropical and citrus notes, delivering a smooth symphony of flavor.  IPA | 7.1%

Smile Lines- Soft and pillowy, this brew defies tradition. Delight in a unique fusion of pineapple, peach, honey, and mixed berries that will leave a lasting impression on your palate. 6.2%

 Vox Populi- Voice of the people! Subtle caramel malt and biscuit sweetness harmonize with notes of grapefruit, lemon, orange, and pine. This balanced brew represents the collective palate. 6%

Maisie– Dive into citrus bliss with Maisie, our Double IPA brewed exclusively with Citra hops and double dry-hopped with Citra Cryo. Bursting with notes of ripe orange, tangerine, and grapefruit, Maisie delivers a bright, resinous hop profile that leaves a lasting impression with every sip. 8.5%

Lost in Sequence– Built on a simple pilsner and wheat grist, this West Coast IPA bursts with candied pineapple and peach from Galaxy and El Dorado. A dry hop of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Azacca Cryo adds resinous pine and bright citrus, leading to a snappy, refreshing finish. 6.9%

Endlessly– A session hazy IPA bursting with the luscious passionfruit, and a bit of citrus so it’s not too sweet. Soft and delightful, complementary flavors dance on your palate, bringing the spirit of an endless summer to every sip. 4.6%

Fiction Worthy– A triple IPA delivering a vivid flavor experience. Citra bursts with orange crush and fresh mango, while Nectaron and Motueka in the dry hop adds ripe pineapple and green Skittles to the finish. 10%

Zorro- Our take on the classic pale Mexican lager with a twist of lime. Instead of lime wedges, we’ve infused zesty citrus flavor using Motueka and Wakatu hops, crafting a refreshing brew that captures the essence of sunny fiestas. With each sip, you’re invited to join the lively celebration and embrace the vibrant spirit of the moment. 4.5%

Inari– Named after the revered goddess of rice and agriculture, this Japanese-style lager is brewed with Pilsner malt and rice for a crisp, ultra-light body. A delicate hop profile adds just a touch of nuance, making each sip clean, smooth, and effortlessly refreshing. 4.7%

Stouts

Eternal Remedy- This imperial stout delivers indulgent layers of toasted coconut, creamy vanilla, and a touch of warm cinnamon spice. Its velvety body and dessert-like richness evoke flavors of coconut cream pie and cinnamon-kissed dark chocolate, offering a timeless comfort—an eternal remedy for the soul. 10.1% 

Barrel-Aged Hans- Refined, and full of character, this barleywine emerges from 14 months in Leipers Fork whiskey barrels with bold notes of caramelized toffee, toasted oak, and a whisper of vanilla. Each sip carries a warming depth, seamlessly balancing the whiskey’s influence with the Hans’ malty sweetness. 10.1%
