IPA’S

Pirouette IPA – IPA – Artfully choreographed with Cashmere, Mosaic, and Strata hops, this enchanting brew seamlessly melds the velvety texture of oats with juicy tropical and citrus notes, delivering a smooth symphony of flavor.  IPA | 7.1%

Smile Lines- Soft and pillowy, this brew defies tradition. Delight in a unique fusion of pineapple, peach, honey, and mixed berries that will leave a lasting impression on your palate. 6.2%

Vox Populi – American IPA – The voice of the people!  Subtle caramel malt and biscuit sweetness harmonize with notes of grapefruit, lemon, orange, and pine.  This balanced brew represents the collective palate. American IPA | 6% 

Permanent Record- A bold TIPA packed with Citra, Motueka, Nelson, and Superdelic hops. Expect layers of tropical punch candy, bursts of ripe gooseberry, and flashes of citrus zest. Each sip leaves an unforgettable imprint, blending smooth intensity with vibrant, juicy notes. This is one for the books. 9.6%

Maisie with Nelson- This variant of Maisie takes the familiar pillowy smoothness and vibrant Citra hop base to a new level with the addition of Nelson hops. Bright notes of tropical gooseberry, white grape, and zesty lime burst through, adding a crisp, aromatic twist to this double dry-hopped DIPA. Bold and refreshing, Maisie with Nelson is a fresh take on a beloved favorite. 8.5%

Rye’p- Experience a dynamic fusion of ingredients with this unique IPA, where the citrusy Amarillo hops and tropical Galaxy hops merge seamlessly with the subtle spice of rye malt. Crafted as a fun one-off brew, we’re thrilled to share this dynamic fusion with you. 6.2%

FRUITED

No Crust- Dive into the nostalgic flavors of childhood with our No Crust PB&J Ale. This playful brew combines the rich, creamy taste of peanut butter with the sweet, fruity flavor of jelly. Smooth and satisfying, each sip brings back memories of a favorite sandwich, minus the crust. PB&J Ale | 6%

Southern Blonde – Blonde Ale – A crowd-pleaser, our Southern Blonde delights with its light citrus notes, hints of honey, and a touch of cracker-like maltiness. It’s a refreshing and approachable beer. Blonde Ale | 5.1%

Signature Lager – Immerse yourself in pure craftmanship.  Crisp, clean, and meticulously brewed, our Signature Lager harmonizes German malt with American noble hops, offering a refreshing escape with delightful citrus and floral notes.  The beer of your dreams, finally within reach. American Lager | 4.9%

Reviver- Celebrate with our take on a traditional German Festbier. This style is the classic beer served at Oktoberfest, crafted with a harmonious blend of German malt and hops. It boasts a lighter malt character and has a satisfyingly crisp conclusion. Perfectly lagered and spunded for a lively, crisp finish, it’s the ideal brew for sharing moments of joy with friends.
