The Big Method – Our imperial version of The Method.  This rendition takes everything you love about its predecessor and amplifies it.  Bursting with the same juicy, citrus hop profile, this imperial IPA stands out with an even larger dose of dry hopping, ensuring an explosion of hop flavor with every sip.  Get ready for an intensified, hop-forward experience that defines the Big Method.  | 10.0%

Pirouette IPA – IPA – Artfully choreographed with Cashmere, Mosaic, and Strata hops, this enchanting brew seamlessly melds the velvety texture of oats with juicy tropical and citrus notes, delivering a smooth symphony of flavor.  IPA | 7.1%
