IPA’S

The Method – Our DIPA is an invigorating oasis of bright citrus with underlying hints of pine and cherries. Its soft finish perfectly balances the higher ABV, creating a truly enjoyable experience for hop enthusiasts. Double IPA | 7.8%

Pirouette IPA – IPA – Artfully choreographed with Cashmere, Mosaic, and Strata hops, this enchanting brew seamlessly melds the velvety texture of oats with juicy tropical and citrus notes, delivering a smooth symphony of flavor.  IPA | 7.1%

Smile Lines- Soft and pillowy, this brew defies tradition. Delight in a unique fusion of pineapple, peach, honey, and mixed berries that will leave a lasting impression on your palate. Hazy IPA |6.2%

Vox Populi- Voice of the people! Subtle caramel malt and biscuit sweetness harmonize with notes of grapefruit, lemon, orange, and pine. This balanced brew represents the collective palate. West Coast IPA | 6%

Triple Maisie– Our beloved Maisie cranked to eleven. This triple IPA amplifies everything you love about Citra – bursting with juicy grapefruit, orange push pop, and sticky melon candy, all wrapped in a plush, full-bodied base. Triple dry-hopped and unapologetically expressive, it’s a bigger, bolder riff on a familiar favorite. Triple IPA | 9.7%

Two – Our second anniversary release builds on the celebration with a Triple IPA showcasing Mosaic, Galaxy, Simcoe, and Citra. Layers of mango gummies, orange marmalade, and pineapple slush lead the way, with undertones of dank resin rounding out the sip. Triple IPA | 10.1%

Hidden Bonus- This IPA pops with bright layers of citrus and stone fruit from Citra, Motueka, and Rakau. Expect bursts of tangerine, juicy peach, and a hint of lime sorbet over a soft rounded body. A smooth finish wraps it up – like finding something you didn’t know you were looking for. IPA | 6.4%

Southern Blonde – Blonde Ale – A crowd-pleaser, our Southern Blonde delights with its light citrus notes, hints of honey, and a touch of cracker-like maltiness. It’s a refreshing and approachable beer. Blonde Ale | 5.1%

Signature Lager- Immerse yourself in pure craftsmanship. Crisp, clean, and meticulously brewed, our Signature Lager harmonizes German malt with American noble hops, offering a refreshing escape with delightful citrus and floral notes. The beer of your dreams, finally within reach. 4.9%

Zorro- Our take on the classic pale Mexican lager with a twist of lime. Instead of lime wedges, we’ve infused zesty citrus flavor using Motueka and Wakatu hops, crafting a refreshing brew that captures the essence of sunny fiestas. With each sip, you’re invited to join the lively celebration and embrace the vibrant spirit of the moment. 4.5%

Stouts

Below is as Above – This adjunct-free barrel-aged stout is a showcase of simplicity and craftsmanship. We partnered with Ghostown Barrel Ventures to find a perfect vessel for 12 months of aging. It delivers waves of dark chocalate, freshly roasted coffee, and toasted oak, all wrapped in a smooth, warming bourbon finish. Pure, bold, and uncompromised. Barrel-Aged Stout | 10.1%
