IPA’S

West Coast Maisie – A snappy, bright take on our all Citra favorite. Brewed with a lean, crisp grist and layered with Citra and Citra Cryo for waves of bright grapefruit, candied orange, and a hint of pine. DIPA |  8.5%

New POV – This West Coast IPA balances a simple pilsner-wheat backbone with a snappy bitterness that keeps you coming back. Strata and Mosaic bring candied orange peel, mixed berries, and a hint of dark resin, while finishing crisp! IPA | 7.1%

Frosted Wave – Dive into the refreshing depths of our Cold IPA, crafted with lager yeast for a crisp finish. This brew surges with the vibrant flavors from Galaxy, Centennial, and Nelson Sauvin hops. Expect a resinous, frosty burst of orange-lime slushie that is perfectly balanced by a clean malt profile. Cold IPA | 7%

Smile Lines – Soft and pillowy, this brew defies tradition. Delight in a unique fusion of pineapple, peach, honey, and mixed berries that will leave a lasting impression on your palate. IPA| 6.2%

Pirouette – Artfully choreographed with Cashmere, Mosaic, and Strata hops, this enchanting brew seamlessly melds the velvety texture of oats with juicy tropical and citrus notes, delivering a smooth symphony of flavor. Hazy IPA | 7.1%

Maisie with Nectaron – Building on the foundation of our all-Citra DIPA, this variant layers in Nectaron for a lush wave of peach, pineapple, and orange zest. The same soft and heavily oated hazy base you love, now glowing with an extra burst of tropical intensity. DIPA | ABV 8.5%

Blended Illusion Strawnana – Sweet strawberries and smooth banana come together in this Sorbet IPA. With a creamy, fruit-forward profile and a soft, refreshing finish, it’s a playful and satisfying take on a classic flavor pairing. Sorbet IPA | 6.2%

BA Eternal Remedy – This Imperial stout is aged in both bourbon and rye barrels before being artfully blended and conditioned on toasted coconut, vanilla, and warm cinnamon. Barrel-Aged Stout | 10.1
